Refund Policy

1. Introduction

True North Legacy Institute is committed to providing quality educational services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be requested for tuition, course fees, or other payments made to the Institute.

By enrolling in courses or making payments, you agree to the terms stated in this policy.

2. General Refund Conditions

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Administration Office at info@truenorthlegacy.co.za.

  • Refunds are processed within 30 business days of approval.

  • Refunds will be made using the same method of payment used during the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

  • Fees for materials, registration, or administrative costs are non-refundable unless specified otherwise.

3. Course Withdrawal by Student

If a student chooses to withdraw from a course:

  • More than 14 days before the course start date: 80% of the tuition fee may be refunded.

  • 7–14 days before the course start date: 50% of the tuition fee may be refunded.

  • Less than 7 days before the course start date or after the course has started: No refund will be issued.

Note: Special circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies) may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

4. Course Cancellation by Institute

If True North Legacy Institute cancels a course for any reason:

  • Students will receive a full refund of any tuition or fees paid.

  • Alternatively, students may opt to transfer the payment to another course or date, subject to availability.

5. Online or Digital Services

For online courses or digital materials:

  • Refunds are generally not available once access to materials has been granted, unless there is a technical failure on the Institute’s side.

  • Students must notify the Administration Office immediately if technical issues prevent access.

6. Late or Non-Payment

  • Access to courses and materials will be withheld until full payment is received.

  • Refunds will not be granted for non-attendance due to delayed payment.

7. Exceptions

  • Refunds for special cases (e.g., relocation, illness, or other extraordinary circumstances) may be considered if requested in writing and accompanied by supporting documentation.

  • All exceptions are at the discretion of True North Legacy Institute.
